Carry company ID, certificate, and medical. TSA no longer requires a passport for CASS, but CMAP eligibility depends on a valid, accurate passport in your crew vetting record (a backend check, nothing is shown at the portal), and some carriers still require one at the gate (Southwest). International always does. International is cabin only at the passenger carriers; some cargo and ACMI operators (Atlas, Kalitta, National, Amerijet) allow the international cockpit jumpseat.
