Listing procedure

Gate only, no online listing. Report to the departure gate desk or customer service counter, show credentials, and fill out the company form. Earliest: 1 hr prior. Recommended: at least 40 min prior (D-40). Requests after D-30 may or may not be processed at the agent's discretion. Doors close at D-12. Flight info: 800-252-7522 or alaskaair.com/route-map.

Passport / ID requirements

Company ID and required airman certificates. A reciprocal agreement with Horizon itself is required; an agreement with Alaska Airlines does not extend to Horizon.

Dress code

Seasonal business casual or better; clean jeans are allowed. No beards (follows Alaska).

Carrier-specific quirks

• Part 121 regional flying Q400 and E175 for Alaska Airlines.
• Offline jumpseaters limited only by open cabin seats.
• No international cockpit jumpseat; offline riders get a cabin seat if available.
