Listing procedure

No pre-listing. The gate processes the request, 60 to 10 min prior domestic. Unlimited jumpseaters, first come first served.

Passport / ID requirements

Standard CASS credentials.

Dress code

No jeans, sneakers, or beards. No alcohol regardless of seat.

Carrier-specific quirks

• Cabin first, flight deck when the cabin fills.
• Domestic includes AK, HI, and US territories except Guam.
• International is cabin only, NLT 60 min.
• US outbound at the gate, inbound to the US at the ticket counter, taxes due.
• Ask for the United rep at contract-agent stations.
• If an agent is stuck, point them to "flight deck jumpseat" in Wingtips.
