Listing procedure

List via iflgroup.com/jumpseat, or iflgroup.com, Services, CASS Jumpseat request. Complete the Jump Seat Request Form and attach pilot credentials. Minimum notice: 24 hrs domestic, 72 hrs international.

Passport / ID requirements

Pilot credentials attached to the request form.

Dress code

Uniform or business casual.

Carrier-specific quirks

After submission, CASS coordinators verify eligibility, scheduling, and the Captain's approval.
They then contact the requester to coordinate timing, date, crew contact, and emergency contact info.
