Listing procedure

List at id90travel.com or the ID90Travel app with a personal ID90 account: Flights > Listing tab (not Ticketing), reason = Pilot Commuting, transporting airline = Sun Country (SY) or Sun Country Cargo (45), check the Traveling box. Walk-up at the gate still works, but pre-listing is highly recommended. Phone listing: 651-905-2737. Earliest: unrestricted. Latest: 30 min prior for passenger flights, 60 min for cargo. Online check-in opens 24 hr prior at suncountry.com and sets priority among OAL jumpseaters by check-in time; you still check in with the gate agent.

Passport / ID requirements

Company ID, airman certificate, and current medical. Standard CASS credentials for the cockpit.

Dress code

Uniform or business casual. No beards.

Carrier-specific quirks

• B737-700/800, one cockpit jumpseat.
• Domestic: cabin seat does not require CASS; cockpit does.
• Jumpseaters limited only by open cabin seats plus the one cockpit seat.
• International: cabin only, taxes charged, check in at the ticket counter at least 75 min prior.
• Amazon cargo flights: open to CASS participants, 4 supernumerary seats plus cockpit; list via ID90 or walk up, check in with the crew at the aircraft 60 min prior, uniform recommended, and the aircraft may leave early once loaded.
• Offline crews may not use the FA jumpseat.
• Reciprocal agreement required.
