Listing procedure

Primary method: ID90Travel.com or the app. OAL pilots use a personal ID90 account or create one under their airline's code. Flights tab, enter the segment, Reason for Travel = Pilot Commuting, Limit Airline = Atlas Air, then enter employee info. Alternate method for OAL: atlasair.com, Contact Us, Jumpseat/Courier Programs, Other Airline Pilots (OAL) form. International 24 hrs advance if possible, domestic 6 hrs minimum, no more than 30 days out. Arrive 2 hrs prior to departure.

Passport / ID requirements

CASS eligibility required at booking and at the gate. Passport must have 1 or more blank pages and must not expire within 6 months (passport required for HI and AK too).

Dress code

Uniform or business casual.

Carrier-specific quirks

  • ID90 accounts lock after 18 months of inactivity, reactivate via (817) 767-4041 or customersupport@id90travel.com.
  • First-time OAL jumpseaters need a profile built during business hours (08:00 to 17:00 ET, Monday to Friday) via ID90 or the OAL form, it cannot be done after hours.
